Galaxy S3 is one of the best Android Smartphone from Samsung which dominates android market for no doubt. And the reason which makes this Smartphone dominate over other Smartphone, Is its amazing features and support for everything which a mobile must have in this century. One feature out of them is LED notificationnotification, which is followed by a couple of sensors and front facing camera on the top of Galaxy S3.
What is LED Notification in Samsung Galaxy S3
Basically, this LED notification feature of Galaxy S3 helps you to know the current status of your Smartphone. Whenever you receive an email, missed call, mobile battery gets low and much more. One thing which I really like about this feature is that, without pressing the power button you can wake up your Smartphone screen and enter password if you are using security. And you will get all this just because of one feature of your Samsung Galaxy S3 i.e. LED notification checking light color and flashing frequency.
How to Setup LED Notification in Samsung Galaxy S3
Setting up LED Notification and Flashing frequency in galaxy S3 is very easy. You can enable this feature just by going to “Setting” and then “LED indicator”. Under this feature you can enable LED Light up
1. When the device is connected to the charger.
2. Battery is low
3. You have a missed call
4. Got Messages and Emails
5. Any application events and more
Now this sounds really cool to me, this feature has one weak point that Galaxy S3 LED notification default system setting didn’t allow you to set the LED notification color and flashing frequency. Some users showed up their desires to change the LED notification according to their taste. So to help those users I decided to publish this article in which I intend to share with you using which you can change the LED notification color and flash frequency for both Rooted and Non Rooted Samsung Galaxy S3. So lets we starts with a tutorial for the Rooted android phone.
