OpenAI has flipped the switch on Intelligent UI for GPT-6, giving ChatGPT users in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and neighboring countries a new set of interactive tools. Instead of the usual text, the chatbot now serves up graphics, clickable buttons, forms, and charts. Users can tap, drag, and adjust elements right inside the chat window.

Access isn't limited to those paying for premium. OpenAI says Intelligent UI is live for everyone, including Free and Go users. The company hasn't shared exact rollout dates or local pricing for the Middle East. Users need to check their ChatGPT accounts to see if the feature has landed. According to the official OpenAI announcement, the global launch started October 7, 2026 for Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users, and October 8 for Free and Go. Enterprise access depends on workspace admin settings.

Intelligent UI does not require a special activation command-ChatGPT automatically selects the most suitable response format, whether text, visuals, or interactive elements.

OpenAI Help Center

OpenAI's latest blog post puts the new interface on display. Ask about a 7-speed bike, and ChatGPT pulls up an image with clickable parts and a slider to break down the mechanics. For financial planning, users can tweak investment amounts and see projected returns update in real time.

Everyday tasks get a lift. Vacation planning now comes with wardrobe visuals. Road trip prep brings up images and maps. Even brunches run smoother with dynamic to-do lists and menus generated on demand. OpenAI's documentation lists calculators, bill splitters, simple games, and side-by-side comparisons among the new interactive tools. Charts now render directly in the chat.

OpenAI claims GPT-6 now "creates the most useful interface for each question." The company built a library of native, streamable components and a compiler that assembles the interface as the model generates it. Paid tiers (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise) run on GPT-6 Sol. Free and Go users get GPT-6 Luna. Intelligent UI works on reasoning levels from Instant to Extra High, but skips Pro reasoning mode on GPT-6 Astra, as detailed in the official release notes.

The feature started rolling out last month and is now live for eligible users in the Middle East. OpenAI hasn't set regional pricing in AED, SAR, or EGP, so users tracking costs are still waiting for details. The company's materials call the launch global, with no separate schedule or special conditions for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or the wider region.

GPT-6 can begin generating a response before completing its reasoning or tool use, then automatically append further insights without requiring a new user prompt.

OpenAI Help Center

OpenAI is also rolling out a College Planner for ChatGPT for Teens. The tool helps students organize applications and track deadlines. It also supports school research and financial aid planning. A recent study, though, flags that the teen experience may fall short on safety guarantees.

The College Planner is coming to Free and Go users, but OpenAI hasn't confirmed launch timing or local pricing for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Egypt.

Users relying on ChatGPT for work may remember recent disruptions that hit scheduled tasks. That history puts extra pressure on OpenAI to keep new features stable as they arrive.

OpenAI's move to blend text and visuals with interactive tools puts more control in users' hands. The company's decision to let GPT-6 shape its own interface means the chatbot can adapt on the fly. For now, users in the Middle East can test these features as OpenAI works to match demand and address safety concerns.
