E3 2019: Top Video Game Trailers By Ubisoft And Square Enix

The world’s biggest gaming carnival, Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3 2019), has just concluded at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event was off to a monumental start with Microsoft’s blockbuster keynote event, which was marked by several big-ticket announcements such as its next Xbox, codenamed Project Scarlett, and dates and trailers for highly anticipated games like Gears 5 and Halo Infinite.

At E3 2019, gaming behemoths Ubisoft and Square Enix also announced a slew of exciting upcoming games to get your visceral juices flowing! Here are their top video games trailers for your viewing pleasure:

Outriders

A new co-op action game from Square Enix, Outriders features a grim and bleak sci-fi universe with drop-in, drop-out co-op play in which three players can play together at the same time. Outriders is expected to be launched in summer 2020.

Final Fantasy VII Remake

The Final Fantasy VII remake is finally set for a launch in March 2020. At E3 2019, Square Enix released the game’s trailer that showcased the higher level of details in the combat and also massive fan favorites like Tifa and Sephiroth.

Marvel Avengers

Despite the fan backlash over the character designs, Square Enix’s Marvel Avengers has been a game that has been hotly anticipated for quite some time. Riding on the tremendous popularity of the MCU movie franchise, it will be available on May 15, 2020, for PS4, Xbox One, Windows and Stadia platforms.

Watch Dogs Legion

The third Watch Dogs game is finally golden. Called ‘Watch Dogs Legion’, it is set in the near-future in post-Brexit London. As a player, you can assume the role of any character in the game, and build a team of vigilante hackers. The game is slated for a March 2020 launch.

Just Dance 2020

The ever popular Just Dance franchise from Ubisoft is celebrating its 10th anniversary and for that, it is going to release Just Dance 2020 in co-op mode (absent in 2018 and 2019) on the PS4, Xbox One, Windows, Switch, and Stadia on November 5. With 40 new songs and featuring exciting, digital iconic stickers, Just Dance is ready to make you shake a leg again! 

Roller Champions

How many free games that are also amazing to play are released in a year? Very few! Ubisoft’s Roller Champions is a free to play sports game in which you can skate, speed up, pass, dodge and score, all of which doesn’t require an extraordinary amount of skill. Ubisoft will make a demo of the game live on June 14 through its newly launched Uplay service for Windows, while a complete version will be released in early 2020.

Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Quarantine

Is there anything better than a military shooter where you need to kill hordes of alien parasites? Ubisoft’s Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Quarantine, which is a three-player, co-op tactical shooter, offers you precisely that – mutated alien parasites infecting humans and their surroundings and you as a Rainbow operator must save humanity from them. The game is expected to be to be released in early 2020.

Assassin’s Creed Story Creator Mode

At E3 2019, Ubisoft also released a new Story Creator Mode for its Assassin’s Creed Odyssey game. As the name suggests, players will be able to build their own stories in this new mode as well as play quests created by fellow players. All existing owners of Odyssey will get the mode for free and as of now, it is already available in beta mode. Go and grab it!

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint

Featuring The Walking Dead and Punisher superstar Jon Bernthal, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint by Ubisoft is one of the most highly anticipated games of 2019. A beta phase for the game is slated to take place from September 5 to September 8 in which players can participate by registering on ghostrecon.com/beta. However, the game will have to be pre-ordered by the player as a part of the beta testing. Ghost Recon Breakpoint will be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows platforms.

Gods & Monsters

Gods & Monsters is Ubisoft’s latest blockbuster offering from the same team that developed Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey. In this open-world fantasy adventure game, you get god-level abilities to battle and defeat monstrous, mythological beasts, and save Greek gods. Scheduled for a global launch on February 25, 2020, Gods & Monsters will be available on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and Stadia.
